Team Information
Your team will be identified using a short form of your team name (8 to 10 letters) followed by the coaches last name.
If there are two coaches from the same organization with the same last name, we will add initial of the first name. 

Please use this and your teams birth year to identify yourself in all correspondence. References to age rather than birth year are confusing. Do not use them. Also grade is useless since an 8th grader could be 12 or 13 or 14 years old. Use birth year (1993, 1989, or for boys use 14U, 10U etc)
